James Ladtkow
James is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor's
degree in mechanical engineering and has recently completed his
MBA. James has over twelve years of experience in medical product
support and medical injection molding. During that time, he has
successfully applied the theories of decoupled molding, design of
experiments, and statistical process control to injection molding
processes. He was awarded a patent for an insert molded surgical
instrument and has applied for a process patent on a unique insert
molding technique. He regularly consults for the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration on the topics of plastic processes used in medical
devices and process validation for molding and extrusion.
