Outline
Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
(FMEA) is a powerful risk assessment technique which has broad
applicability to hardware, software, and services. Using a
systematic approach initially popularized in the aerospace
industry, it examines potential product and process failures.
It is a formal way to identify potential problems and address
ways to prevent or lessen the impact of them.
In this 15 minute session,
we will explain FMEA and the best way to apply it.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who would like to learn
more about FMEA definitions, terminology, and how FMEA can
relate to their industry.
